Welcome to the USUA FLYING CLUB 1 in Northern Virginia
FLYING CLUB 1, Inc. was the first club affiliated with the United States Ultralight Association, and is a non-stock, non-profit, Recreational Corporation, dedicated to promote and support recreational light/ultralight aviation and to provide a forum for safety education and exchange of technical information in conjunction with the overall mission of the United States Ultralight Association. This corporation is open to anyone, and does not discriminate as to sex, color, race, national origin or religion.
Our monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at Centreville High School.
We generally hold two fly-ins each year in May and October.
